The market is tight and finding kitchen staff is tough. Finding quality staff that meets my standards is even tougher, so I’m revising our hours. We will now be closed on Mondays and will offer a reduced food menu on Tuesdays. Our full food menu is available Wednesday through Sunday until 8pm. Our great beer selection will be available during all open hours.
Maintaining my standards to ensure you receive the quality you deserve is paramount to me. Once I finish assembling the right team, I’ll restore the hours. I appreciate your understanding as I continue to offer you only Colorado’s best.
