Job Summary
We’re looking for enthusiastic Bartenders to provide an excellent guest experience. Good Bartenders at the Colorado Taproom & Grill are knowledgeable of the local craft beer industry and are familiar with local distilleries and wineries.
Responsibilities
- Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant patrons from customer or Server orders
- Interact with customers, take orders and serve food and drinks
- Plan and present bar menu
- Prepare checks for customers and process customer payments using the POS system
- Check customers’ identification and confirm they are of legal drinking age
- Ensure clean glasses, bar equipment and working areas
- Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
- Follow safety, health and hygiene policies, procedures, and regulations
- Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
- Bartender duties may require working shifts and/or during weekends and holidays
Requirements
- Minimum age requirement of 21 years
- Proven work experience as a Bartender
- Familiarity with Colorado’s craft beer industry
- Excellent knowledge of mixing, garnishing and serving drinks
- Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
- Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean
- ServSafe, TIPS training is a plus
