The sheet rock and cement board are done. Taping is underway. Natural Gas lines are now in place and the low-voltage wiring has been pre-positioned. We should see big changes next week.
Insulation is complete. The duct work is nearly done. Electrical and plumbing continue to progress as planned and we’ve started hanging sheet rock. We’re still looking to open in two months. We’ve begun attracting great talent to staff Colorado Taproom & Grill.

We’ve received our building permit and are about to begin building out the Colorado Taproom & Grill. The plan is to complete the build-out in 90 days, putting our Grand Opening in July. Here we go…
