Do you have a passion for preparing memorable meals based on all types of grilled food? Our bartenders will be serving up craft beers from around Colorado. To complete the guest experience, we’re looking for a Grill Chef who can help us deliver Colorado on a plate.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare food orders following established recipes
  • Ensure safety and sanitation practices are followed in the kitchen
  • Develop new recipes for inclusion on menu
  • Grill Chef duties may require working shifts and/or during weekends and holidays

Requirements

  • Associate’s Degree in Culinary Arts or 2+ years’ professional experience preparing all types of grilled foods
  • 2+ years in a supervisory role
  • Certified Food Protection Manager
  • Thorough knowledge of proper food handling standards
  • Dedicated to food quality and control
