Job Summary
Assist the Grill Chef/Cook in preparing meals and maintaining a clean environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation of food orders under the direction of the Grill Chef
- Clean cookware, dishes, utensils, etc., manually and using dishwashers
- Ensure safety and sanitation practices are followed in the kitchen
- Kitchen Staff duties may require working shifts and/or during weekends and holidays
