Job Summary

We’re looking for friendly, outgoing and enthusiastic Servers who want to help our team create the ideal Colorado Taproom & Grill experience.

Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent wait service to ensure satisfaction
  • Present menu, take customer orders and deliver food and beverages
  • Prepare tables by setting silverware and glasses
  • Check customers’ identification and confirm they are of legal drinking age
  • Communicate order details to the Kitchen Staff
  • Work with bartenders to fill beverage orders
  • Process transactions using the POS system
  • Carry dirty plates, glasses and silverware to kitchen for cleaning
  • Follow safety, health and hygiene policies, procedures, and regulations
  • Server duties may require working shifts and/or during weekends and holidays

Requirements

  • Minimum age requirement of 21 years
  • ServSafe Alcohol Certificate
  • Proven work experience as a Server
  • Basic math skills
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment
  • Active listening and effective communication skills
  • Flexibility to work shifts
  • Food safety training is a plus
